Project rescue, development and enhancement of BlindLove dating app and business strategy definition.

Unsatisfied with its devshop's performance, Blindlove's founders asked us to rescue their project.We received a partially completed and flawed app and we debugged it, completed its original specification and developed new features. We set up a dedicated team guiding BlindLove's app through a series of releases, providing support and evolutionary functionality enhancement in line with the client's long-term product development planning. At the beginning of our engagement, we helped the founders develop the product and pricing strategy and target market research. We also produced the company's business plan and investors deck.
